Architectural Project Unit is one of the pioneers in the Greater Bay Area in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) in building design and project management. In 2021, Kingdom Investment Corporation Limited formed partnership with Architectural Project Unit Limited to leverage its expertise in BIM for application in the context of smart city development. Furthermore, in the same year, Architectural Project Unit accepted Kingdom Investment Corporation Limited’s strategic investment offer to set up a research and development team for smart city technology development and applications.
